I agree, there is nothing like showing customers they are appreciated and thought of.
Social media is nice, but it has taken the place of communication and it's important to reach out and be different. Sending greeting cards by mail used to be the norm, now it's going the extra mile. Either way, getting back to basics is sometimes necessary for great customer service, retention and loyalty.
