Batch cooking is a great way to spend a little extra time to save a lot of time and money later. Once the food is prepared, all you need to do is prepare and serve later. And even better, there's less clean up. Here are a few batch cooking recipes I love to whip up:

I love batch cooking. One of my goals for this summer is to start making sure I do an extra batch of something at least once a week! Thanks for the ideas!
